CIRCUIT TRAINING MOVES YOU THROUGH 13 DIFFERENT STATIONS FOR A HIGH-ENERGY ALL OVER BODY WORKOUT. 4 OF THE STATIONS WORK ON NON-CONTACT BOXING TECHNIQUES. THIS 1HR CLASS COMBINES CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, COORDINATION, & DYNAMIC MOVEMENT.

THIS IS A 6 WEEK COACH GUIDED CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS. A PERFECT FIT FOR THOSE LADIES NEW TO THE GYM OR THAT WANT A MORE HANDS ON APPROACH. THE GOAL IS TO BUILD STRENGTH, FITNESS, CONFIDENCE, AND CAMARADERIE OF THE GROUP. WE HAVE SO MUCH FUN!
