CIRCUIT TRAINING MOVES YOU THROUGH 13 DIFFERENT STATIONS FOR A HIGH-ENERGY ALL OVER BODY WORKOUT. 4 OF THE STATIONS WORK ON NON-CONTACT BOXING TECHNIQUES. THIS 1HR CLASS COMBINES CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, COORDINATION, & DYNAMIC MOVEMENT.
