Get ready to SWEAT!!! This program offers a 5-day week Bootcamp-style workout while working in functional strength, avoiding some highly skilled Complex Barbell or gymnastics movements. We also include dedicated core sections at the start of the workout or the end of at least 3-4 days a week. Besides the Monday sweat sesh, we have 4 days of Fun Interval Training workouts that range from 15-24 minutes long in various styles of interval training to keep it fun. You will rarely experience the same workout twice with the continuously varied workouts! At the end of every week, we do a benchmark workout that will repeat itself 1-2 times a year to track your progress. This is an excellent way to get fit, push yourself, and have fun!
